This site has no contact form, account, checkout or newsletter. When you visit it, the hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, request time, requested page and security identifiers. If you contact me by email or Telegram, I receive the details and message you choose to send.

Technical information is used to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Messages are used to respond to your enquiry and, if requested, discuss a potential project (steps before a contract at your request, Article 6(1)(b), or legitimate interest in replying, Article 6(1)(f)). Information may also be kept where a legal duty applies or to establish, exercise or defend a claim.

OpenAI Sites hosts the site. Cloudflare provides DNS, traffic delivery and security. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google. Email correspondence may be handled by Gmail; a Telegram conversation is handled under Telegram’s privacy policy. Links to the showcased projects lead to separate websites with their own practices.

Monte Morph does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security and delivery, including __cf_bm, which Cloudflare says expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Other necessary protection cookies may appear when a security challenge is used. See Cloudflare’s cookie details. A marketing or analytics consent banner is not shown because those tools are not installed on this site.

I keep ordinary enquiries for up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless a project begins or a longer period is needed for a legal obligation or claim. I do not create a separate visitor-profile database. Hosting and security providers keep technical records according to their applicable service terms and retention rules; you can contact me for details relevant to your request.

Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. For Site data processed by OpenAI, its Sites Data Processing Addendum describes the relevant transfer safeguards. The other providers explain their practices in the policies linked above.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email sanek.lischina@gmail.com to make a request. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO. There is no automated decision-making or profiling by Monte Morph on this site.
